In past years this has permitted us to offer "Free Shipping" on many of our products. However, due to the rising costs that 'shipping carriers' are charging us to ship to some areas we no longer offer our "Free Shipping" to some select states. Please be aware that these states include: California, Maine, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Order Cancellations:
You may request an order be cancelled by calling 1-888-244-2595 during Butterfly School Supply’s hours of operation. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% restock fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures since the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
