In past years this has permitted us to offer "Free Shipping" on many of our products. However, due to the rising costs that 'shipping carriers' are charging us to ship to some areas we no longer offer our "Free Shipping" to some select states. Please be aware that these states include: California, Maine, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. We gladly ship to these states although shipping charges will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellations:
You may request an order be cancelled by calling 1-888-244-2595 during Butterfly School Supply’s hours of operation. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% restock fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures since the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Return Policy and Procedures:
Thank you for shopping Butterfly School Supply. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, call and let us know your concerns. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. There will be a 30% restock fee before credit is issued.
